Cuentan los abuelos que los Dioses crearon dos criaturas para proteger a los pueblos, grandes como becerros, con los ojos rojos como ardientes brasas y morfología de perro.
Uno blanco como la espuma, guardián de la luz, cuida a aquellos que hacen el bien. Otro negro como el carbón, merodeador de las sombras, asusta a las almas descarriadas para enderezar sus vidas. Ambos dedicados a servir y sacar lo mejor de nuestro pueblo. Mitológicamente ellos representan la dualidad que llevamos dentro.
Our forefathers claim the gods created two creatures to protect the people; big like wolves, with red fiery eyes, and the morphology of a dog.
One, white like foam, is a guardian of the light and protects those who are good. The other, black like coal, is a marauder in the shadows and scares misdirected souls so they will straighten out their lives. Both are dedicated to serve and to get the best out of our people. Mythologically, they represent the duality we all have inside.
Nuestra Historia
La leyenda hecha cerveza abrió sus puertas el 18 de febrero del 2013 en el corazón de San Salvador, la Zona Rosa. Con mucha pasión y grandes sueños, Cadejo nace como la cervecería artesanal más grande en Centroamérica, posición que conservamos hasta la fecha. Bendecidos con un equipo multidisciplinario, Cadejo ha dejado su huella no solamente por la calidad de nuestra cerveza sino principalmente por el tono fresco, juvenil e irreverente característico de la voz de nuestra marca.
Aunque divertido e informal, cuando de cerveza se trata, en Cadejo nos la tomamos muy en serio. Uno de los enfoques centrales de nuestra comunicación tanto interna como con nuestros clientes es la educación cervecera. Para ello nuestro personal está en constante capacitación de manera que en todos nuestros restaurantes puedes encontrar un lugar por el cual algunos de nuestros clientes nos llaman, la casa de la cultura cervecera.
La calidad de nuestras cervezas es el enfoque #1 de nuestra empresa. Como cualquier buena receta, todo comienza con ingredientes de calidad excepcional. Es por ello que en Cadejo importamos nuestras materias primas de las mejores casas productoras a nivel mundial y los ingredientes locales que utilizamos son seleccionados cuidadosamente para asegurar que sean de la mejor calidad. Nuestra cerveza es 100% natural y libre de adjuntos.
Our brewery opened its doors on February 18, 2013 in the heart of San Salvador, the Zona Rosa. Filled with passion and big dreams, Cadejo was born as the largest craft brewery in Central America, a position we maintain to this day. Blessed with a multidisciplinary team, Cadejo has left its mark not only with the quality of our beer but mainly for the fresh, youthful and irreverent tone characteristic of our brand’s voice.
Although fun and informal, when it comes to beer, at Cadejo we take it very seriously. One of the central focuses of our communication both internally and with our customers is beer education. To achieve this, our staff is constantly trained so that in all our restaurants you can come to talk beer and experience beer culture. The quality of our beer is the #1 focus of our company. Like any good recipe, it all starts with ingredients of exceptional quality. That is why at Cadejo we import our raw materials from the best grain and hop production companies worldwide and the local ingredients we use are carefully selected to ensure that they are of the best quality. Our beer is 100% natural and adjunct free.
Our brand is named after a Central American living legend that dates back to pre-Columbian times and is known from the south of Mexico to the north of Panama. Driven by the same legend, our vision is to share the variety and quality that the beer world offers to everyone who lives in the lands where the Cadejos live.
